These terms govern the use of this website and the process of requesting a treatment plan. The treatment contract itself is concluded at the clinic, in writing, before treatment begins.
A treatment plan issued on the basis of an X-ray is a considered clinical estimate, not a final diagnosis. It is confirmed or amended after the clinical examination in Tirana; any amendment is explained and agreed in writing before treatment continues.
Appointment slots are held without payment. Please give as much notice as possible if your travel dates change so the time can be offered to another patient.
Payment is made at the clinic on completion of each stage, in cash (euro or lek) or by card. An invoice is issued for every payment.
Warranty terms for each treatment are stated on your written plan. Warranty covers the work carried out and requires that you attend recall appointments and follow the aftercare instructions given. It does not cover damage from trauma, untreated grinding where a night guard was declined, or neglect of oral hygiene.
We assist with flights, hotels and transfers as a service to patients. Flight and hotel contracts are between you and the provider, and we accept no liability for their performance.
