Ten steps from the first message to aftercare at home. You can start the whole process without leaving your country.
Write on WhatsApp, send the form or call. A patient coordinator replies in English, Italian or Albanian, usually within a few hours. Tell us what is bothering you — you do not need to know the name of the procedure you need.
A panoramic X-ray taken in the last twelve months is ideal; a CBCT is better still. If you have neither, send clear photographs of your teeth and we will tell you what is possible to assess and what is not.
Your images go to the dentist who would treat you, not to a salesperson. If your case needs a second opinion from the surgeon or the orthodontist, it gets one before you hear back.
In writing: diagnosis, proposed procedures, materials and brands, the number of implants or restorations, the treatment stages, the number of trips, the days needed in Tirana and an itemised price. Ask questions, request alternatives, take your time.
Once you accept the plan we hold the appointment slots for the dates you want, and build the clinical schedule around your flights rather than the other way round.

The first appointment is the same day you land or the next morning: full clinical examination, CBCT or further imaging if it is needed, and then the dentist confirms the preliminary plan or tells you plainly what has changed and why.
Carried out to the agreed schedule. Your coordinator is reachable throughout, including outside clinic hours, for anything from a pharmacy question to changing a dinner reservation.
Final check of function, bite, comfort and appearance, then your complete clinical file: X-rays, implant passport, warranty documentation and aftercare instructions. Everything a dentist at home would need.
You leave with written post-treatment instructions and a maintenance schedule, and we stay reachable on WhatsApp. Most questions are answered with a photograph and a message the same day.
