Contact details you submit (name, country, phone, email, preferred language), the clinical information and images you upload (panoramic X-rays, CBCT files, photographs), and standard technical data such as IP address and pages visited.
To prepare and send you a dental treatment plan and quotation, to organise appointments and travel assistance, and to keep the clinical record required by law once treatment begins. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
X-rays, photographs and medical history are health data and receive additional protection. They are accessible only to the clinical team involved in your case and to your patient coordinator. They are never published — including in before-and-after galleries — without separate written consent that you may withdraw at any time.
Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted within 24 months. Clinical records of treated patients are kept for the period required by Albanian health legislation.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy in portable form, or restriction of processing. Write to primodentalclinic1@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
