Ours uses the same materials, brands and protocols found across the European Union — JD implants from Italy, CAD/CAM zirconia, single-use instruments, class B autoclave sterilisation with logged cycles. Judge any clinic abroad on four things: the qualifications of the clinical team, the diagnostic process, the sterilisation standards, and the documentation you are sent home with. Ask us for all four and we will send them.

Dentists in Albania complete a five- or six-year university degree followed by specialisation, and many train further in Italy, Germany or Turkey. Ask us for the individual qualifications of the dentist who would treat you and we will send them.

A lower cost base: rent, salaries, taxes and laboratory work. Our laboratory is in-house, which removes another margin. The saving is structural, not a discount on quality.

It is not required, but for full-arch surgery or sedation many patients find it easier. Companions cost nothing extra in our arrangements.

For routine surgery, yes. After a sinus lift we ask you to wait 48 hours.

Survival rates above 95% at ten years are reported in the literature, and with good hygiene implants routinely last decades. The crown on top may need replacing sooner.

The surgery is done under local anaesthetic and is not painful. Two to three days of swelling afterwards respond to ordinary painkillers.

Bone substitute and a membrane are placed to rebuild the site, or a sinus lift is done in the upper jaw. This is planned from the CBCT and priced in advance.

Smoking substantially increases the risk of implant failure. We ask you to stop for at least two weeks before and eight weeks after surgery, and to reduce permanently.

Two extra implants. All-on-6 distributes load better and is our usual recommendation for the upper jaw and for heavy or grinding bites; All-on-4 is faster, less expensive and often avoids grafting.

Yes. A fixed temporary bridge is screwed onto the implants within 24 to 72 hours of surgery.

The implants and a fixed temporary bridge are often delivered in the same stage, so you leave with teeth. The definitive restoration follows after the implants have integrated, three to six months later. Anyone promising you final teeth in a week is loading a permanent restoration onto unhealed implants.

The published prices are €4,400 for the whole mouth in porcelain (All-on-4) and €6,600 for the whole mouth in zirconia (All-on-6). Other combinations, including reinforced acrylic and composite solutions, are quoted on request and their advantages and limitations are explained before you choose.

Not every patient does. The CBCT shows the available bone; where grafting, regeneration or a sinus lift is necessary, it is quoted separately and in advance.

It depends on the treatment and on prices where you live. The differences are largest on multiple implants, full-arch restorations and extensive crown work. Compare complete treatment plans rather than single procedure prices.

Yes, for every payment, which you can submit to an insurer at home.

You leave with your full clinical file, X-rays, implant passport and written instructions. Your coordinator stays reachable on WhatsApp.

Any warranty is specific to the procedure, the restoration, the implant system and the clinical conditions. Where one applies, its conditions are provided in writing as part of your treatment documentation.

Every six months, with us or with a dentist at home who receives our records. Implant-supported bridges need a professional clean underneath once a year.
